So, the Yeah Yeah Yeahs recently put out a new EP (of older songs that for some reason or another they didn't put on that last album), that's pretty good. They kinda lost me on their sophomore record but this little five song EP sounds more like their first EP on Touch & Go and "Fever To Tell", than their last offering. We even played the demo of "Down Boy" on the first (and only at this point) Buddyhead Radio Show, which I think you can still download by clicking here. Check out the new version of "Down Boy"... Maybe I'm in the minority but I liked their new album. Showed they weren't afraid of trying a new direction. About eight new directions to be exact. It was hardly cohesive but it was different. Although, Their early E.P.s and first album are still their best.
